For US accounting firms
Bookkeeping and tax-season administration support.
A trained assistant works inside your firm's existing software, under your review, on a seat or retainer.

- Our assistants are based in the Philippines.
- A signed agreement and payment are required before any work begins or system access is granted.
How many returns did you extend or turn away last season?
Send us that number and the tax software your firm uses. We will explain how a seat would work for your firm.

What the assistant does

- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Reconciliations
- Client document collection
- Workpaper organization
- Tax-season preparation support inside your firm's tax software
Your CPA reviews and signs.
The assistant does not sign returns or give tax advice. We never take ownership of your accounts.
Pricing
- Per seat
- One seat is one assigned assistant. Your fee is set out in the agreement.
- At signing
- Half of the tax-season fee, or a multi-month retainer.
- After that
- Monthly, in advance.
- After April 15
- Option to convert to year-round bookkeeping.

The assistant follows your firm's written information security plan, with an individual login and multi-factor authentication.
Payment before work
Payment is received before any work begins or any system access is granted.
