Your practice stays in charge.

You review and approve the work. We never take ownership of your accounts.

Pricing

Per seat
One seat is one assigned assistant, on a retainer. Your fee is set out in the agreement.
Before access
A setup fee and payment.

Requirements

A dental treatment room with an orange chair
  1. Signed agreement and BAA

Both are signed before any system access is granted. BAA means Business Associate Agreement.

  2. HIPAA training

The assistant completes HIPAA training before any system access is granted.

  3. Payment and setup fee

Both are received before any work begins or any system access is granted.

Check your contracts first.

HIPAA allows work outside the US under a BAA, but some state Medicaid and payer contracts restrict it. Please check yours before signing.
